South Spencer boys only managed three 2nd place wins Monday night at SS's first away meet. The 200 Medley relay team, Dane Sitzman, Wyatt Morris, Josiah Greene and Cole Windbigler with a time of 2.07:39, Sitzman with 2nd in the 50 Free and Morris with a 2nd in the 100 Butterfly.
The girls from South Spencer managed to take away three 1st place wins. Sophomore, Maria Rust got 1st in the 100 yard Butterfly, Gabby Blanchard, a Junior, got 1st in the 100 yard Breaststroke and Rust, Blanchard, Jessica McGinnis and Brianna Mallory also got 1st in the 400 Free Relay by 13 seconds. Alysia Thompson, Freshman, managed to cut another 9 seconds off of her 100 Freestyle bringing her total time cut this season to 20 seconds since the first meet.
